Standard Client Agreement

Club Happy Dog agrees to exercise due diligence in the care of my dog(s). My dog will be cared for by Club Happy Dog staff only, without liability on Club Happy Dog's part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other dogs or property by my dog, or from other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised by Club Happy Dog. I expressly agree that Club Happy Dog's liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of the current chattel value of a pet of the same species or the sum of $200.00 per dog. I further agree to be legally and financially responsible for any and all acts of behavior of my dog while in the care of Club Happy Dog.

My dog is/dogs are in good to excellent general health and will be current on all vaccines as required by Club Happy Dog each time he/they go out with Club Happy Dog. I will cancel my dog if he/she has vomited, had diarrhea, experienced coughing or sneezing, been unusually lethargic or slow moving, or shown any other sign of illness in the past 48 hours unless my dog has been cleared as healthy by my veterinarian. Should my dog(s) become seriously ill or injured with a health state requiring immediate professional attention while in the care of Club Happy Dog in their opinion, I authorize Club Happy Dog in its sole discretion to engage the services of the veterinarian of their choice. I authorize Club Happy Dog to charge my credit card on record for all associated costs and expenses.

I agree that my dog(s) may be videotaped, photographed and/or recorded. Club Happy Dog shall be the exclusive owner of the results and all such tapings, photography and recordings which may be used only by Club Happy Dog in its own promotion, advertising, sale or publicizing.

I acknowledge that Club Happy Dog reserves the right to refuse service to any dog.

I authorize Club Happy Dog to charge my account in accordance with your current Fees and Policies for my bookings. Excusions are charged at the end of the month for the upcoming month, with prior adds/cancels trued up then; cancellations must be received by noon prior business day for credit. Sleep-overs are charged at the time a reservation is placed; cancellations must be received five business days in advance for Low Season boarding, 2.5 months/95 days in advance for Peak Holiday boarding for credit. Low Season credit issued within 30 days, Peak Season within 90 days. I will pay a ten percent (10%) fee for any sleep-over cancellation(s).

I represent myself as being the sole and/or primary owner of the dog(s) being enrolled. The dog is/dogs are free of any encumbrances and liens.

I agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, or as the result of any claim or controversy involving the alleged negligence by any part to this Agreement, shall be settled by arbitration with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment up to the award rendered by an arbitrator may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall, as part of his award, determine an award to the prevailing party of the costs of such arbitration and reasonable attorney’s fees of the prevailing party.

I recognize that Club Happy Dog's Pricing, Policies and Terms may change at any time without advance notice and will abide by them in accordance with all terms of Client Agreement as checked below.

We do not divert attention from the dogs by taking/making calls or texts during transport or when leading them at play. Plus our CAMP is in a mountain canyon with no cell network coverage.

Once your dog gets started, you usually pay by check instead of having your credit card charged. But we charge your credit card for the initial outings.
